This project was the conversion of a disused office building into a 20 bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
We exchanged on this project with a conditional completion based on planning permission being granted for the project, minimising the risk for the company and our investors.
The property was purchased in October 2018 and was completed by July 2019. It is now an established HMO.
A lovely detached bungalow in a highly desirable location in Surrey with significant land.
Planning is being sought for an additional bungalow on the site.
This was a significant refurbishment of a property which saw it's value double in less than a year. This project was completed during the pandemic and posed new challenges for us- doing a refurb 5 hours away was a challenge.
However, the property was refurbished and came back with a strong valuation. It is now let and part of our Buy to Let portfolio.
