Revive Property is a property development and investment company. It is a family run business that works with partners across the UK to build new projects and maintain the property portfolio.

About us

Revive Property was founded by directors Milesh and Chandni in 2015 and currently has a diverse portfolio of property.

The company invests in both rental properties and developments, to ensure balance in our portfolio.

Revive Property operate nationally, but most of our rental stock is held in the North East of England and in North Wales.

Our development projects are predominately in the South of England, where we specialise in finding opportunities to buy commercial property with a view to converting to residential units.

We work with a range of partners, with decades of experience, to deliver our projects to the highest quality.
